While every engagement is designed for the organization's specific context, our work falls across four areas.
Systems Consulting
For state agencies, districts, and advocacy organizations ready to address the structural conditions that are limiting outcomes. This is the deepest form of engagement Apokrisis offers — long-horizon, multi-stakeholder, and built around the alignment challenges specific to your system.
Work in this area may include systems analysis, policy and practice redesign, implementation frameworks, multi-stakeholder engagement, and executive-level strategic advising. Engagements are scoped individually and structured around what your system actually needs — not a predetermined set of deliverables.
Strategic Advising
For leaders navigating high-stakes decisions, transitions, or inflection points where clarity is the most valuable resource. Structured, time-limited, and delivered directly by

This work is designed for moments when a leader needs an experienced, external perspective to think through a complex challenge, pressure-test a direction, or identify what is — and is not — actually driving the problem. Apokrisis does not offer standard packages. Engagements range from focused, time-limited sessions for leaders facing immediate decisions to multi-year systems partnerships with state and district leadership teams. All work is scoped to fit the organization's context, capacity, and goals.
We work with a limited number of organizations at a time. This is intentional. The depth this work requires cannot be sustained at volume — and we are not trying to scale in the conventional sense.
